These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PawCels website and any orders placed with PawCels LLC ("PawCels," "we," "us"). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, call us at (302) 555-0187 — we're happy to help before you agree to anything.
2. Orders & Order Confirmation
- Submitting the order form or calling us creates a request to purchase, not a binding contract.
- We confirm every order by phone (and email, when provided) within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm ET).
- No payment is taken through this website. Payment is collected over the phone (credit/debit card), by check, or by bank transfer after confirmation.
- We reserve the right to decline orders if information provided is incorrect or we cannot verify the delivery address.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices shown include applicable fees. Shipping is free on orders over $75; orders below $75 incur a flat $9.95 shipping fee.
- Sales tax is charged where required by state law and will be confirmed with you before payment.
- A 10% senior discount (ages 55+) is automatically applied to qualifying orders.
- Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed with you by phone is the price you pay.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders ship within 2 business days of confirmation. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- You will receive a tracking number by email or phone call once your order ships.
- If a delivery address is unreachable, we will attempt to contact you before returning or rescheduling.
- Risk of loss passes to you once a carrier confirms delivery to your address.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
- 30-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We provide a prepaid return label — no restocking fees.
- 1-year limited warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Monthly subscription boxes may be paused, changed (Dog / Cat / Mixed) or cancelled anytime with one phone call or email before the next billing date.
- Perishable or consumable items (food, treats, litter) may only be returned if unopened.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You will be reminded before each renewal and can cancel at any time. We never auto-charge without your confirmed payment method, and there are no cancellation fees.
7. Product Information & Disclaimers
- We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations may occur.
- Products are designed to aid comfort and convenience; they are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Consult your veterinarian for pet health concerns.
- We do not make guarantees about pet weight loss, behaviour change, or health outcomes.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawCels' total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and branding — is the property of PawCels LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Advertising & Compliance
Our marketing, including any Google Ads, follows applicable advertising standards: pricing is transparent, claims are accurate and substantiated, contact details are clearly displayed, and this website always links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
11. Accessibility
